Bizneset.al is an online platform (directory) of Albanian businesses in Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Greece and the diaspora, operated by Ermald Billa (natural person, not a company). Contact: info@bizneset.al

By accessing or using Bizneset.al in any way, you confirm you have read, understood and accepted these terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the platform.

Bizneset.al is intended for people over 18 and for legally recognized businesses/organizations. By registering, claiming or adding a business, you confirm you meet this criterion and that the information you provide is accurate.

Bizneset.al offers, free of charge:

• Free browsing and searching of businesses
• Claiming an existing business by its owner
• Manually adding a business missing from the registry
• Reviews and commercial signals (hiring, offer, export, import, partnership)
• Business map and an agency space for managing multiple businesses

The core service is entirely free. If this changes in the future (e.g. additional paid plans), we will clearly notify you before any change affecting your existing account.

• You may claim only businesses you are genuinely connected to (owner or authorized representative).
• A proof document is required; the claim is verified manually by the administrator before approval.
• The information provided must be truthful and not misleading.
• False or unauthorized claims are rejected and the account may be blocked.

• Reviews must reflect real experiences and must not be offensive, defamatory or misleading.
• Reviews are moderated by the administrator before publication.
• Signals (hiring, offer, etc.) must contain truthful and current information.

When using Bizneset.al, the following is prohibited:

• Uploading viruses, malware or harmful code.
• Attempting to access parts of the site without authorization (e.g. the admin panel).
• Using automated scripts (bots/scrapers) to mass-collect content without permission.
• Harassing, threatening or abusive behavior toward other users.
• Posting unlawful, offensive, discriminatory content or content infringing third-party rights.

Violating these rules may lead to immediate removal of content and/or blocking of access.

The name "Bizneset.al", logo, design and platform code are property of Ermald Billa. Content you post (descriptions, photos, logos) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it publicly on the platform while your account is active.

Bizneset.al acts as a technological intermediary. Most business data comes from the public registry and may contain inaccuracies; we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or truthfulness. We do not guarantee the success of any contact or commercial cooperation, nor uninterrupted availability of the platform (there may be interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons).

Bizneset.al is not a party to the commercial relationships between users and businesses and bears no responsibility for disputes between them.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without prior notice, particularly for technical, legal or security reasons.

These terms may be updated periodically. The last update date appears at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute will first be sought to be resolved amicably; if that fails, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Albanian courts.
